Cuisinart ECH-4SV Elemental 4-C Chopper Grinder, Silver

This little food processor has been prefect for my needs. It's high powered and great quality. Very easy to clean and easy to use overall. The first time I used it, it stopped working in the middle of my job. However after troubleshooting and studying the manual I discovered it was an automatic shut off due to being over worked. After letting it rest for about 5 minutes it came right back on and I've had no problems with it. Now I know not to overfill it and also not to run it for too long. Would highly recommend!!!

This is a wonderful tool and I use it regularly. The 4 cup capacity is much better (for me) than a 3 cup model. The extra capacity is perfectly handy for things like hummus based on a 15 ounce can of chick peas, or enough falafel based on uncooked but soaked chickepeas for two people. The 3 cup Cuisinart model, which I also have experience with, is too small for my uses. This particular model is durable and reliable and easy to clean. We have had two four cup models and the first one lasted several years-- at least ten years-- before a crack in the plastic that holds the blade developed. We have given these as gifts. Great for pestos including things like chimichurri. Also great for pureeing many things, including tomatoes. I also use it to make ginger garlic paste, as used for many Indian style dishes. This is a real "work horse" appliance.

AMAZING customer service! I purchased this item and was unable to get it to work. I read the instructions maybe skimmed it through as well. I decided to call customer service and got to speak to someone within minutes who then guided me on how to use it and it worked! This product is definitely for beginners. It is plastic and one blade for all. The pulse button allows you to decide how far you want to grind the produce. I am satisfied with this product and most importantly the customer service.

This item did not work. When I plugged it in to try to test it, it didn't work. I purchased this item because I had an older version and loved it, but it finally bit the dust after many years of use. I had to return this item for a refund, unfortunately.

The little grinder really works great, I'm impressed. Two seconds chops a lot of walnuts plus you can use it to blend just like a food processor or miniature in size and doesn't take a large space to store. Perfect for 2 people.

Best looking and working product. Hope it lasts long enough.

Me gustó bastante, es pequeño pero sencillo de usar se tiene que atorar bien antes de usarse pues no enciende si no está bien acomodado, es fácil de limpiar y viene con un pequeño manual y recetario ☺️

Es un procesador de alimentos increíble, es pequeño pero tiene mucha potencia con su motor de 250W. Siempre había querido uno y ahora que me di el gusto me arrepiento de no haberla comprado antes, puedes hacer todo tipo de puré, emulsiones, picar verduras, moler nueces, dips... La imaginación es el límite. Una diferencia con la licuadora es que este no necesitas agregarle agua, muele en seco y lo hace de una manera increíble. Estoy contenta con este accesorio que no puede faltar en la cocina.
