It devolves in the warm water, so you should be fine. **Q: Can it be used as a bath soak not just for feet?** A: I can't answer that, I only used it to soak my Mom's feet and it works miracles.... **Q: Do this product help you lose weight?** A: I am a registered dietitian and I am not sure what you are asking…this is foot soak- not edible… **Q: How often should I soak my feet?** A: 2-3 times a week usually does well. Any more than that and you will begin to have dry, cracked feet. Remember this is Epsom salt which pulls fluid and toxins fro m the body, I also recommend using a good foot moisturizer or Vitamin E oil after each soak.
