Very good TV within budget.
The TV is an excellent purchase within budget. The performance of the TV is very good. The picture quality, sound, contrast, etc are very nice. It is very easy on the eye.

Works as expected. Good deal for a non smart tv.
Brought this TV in addition to the 55 inch Bravia. Was looking for a smart TV. Really hate how long smart to takes to start and the difficulty of navigating so much content. Sometimes old and dumb things work the best. Boots up fast and works according to expectation. Now I use this TV to watch news and the smart TV when I want to stream OTT

Worst service from Acer and Amazon
1. Delivery person have informed the receipent that the product seems to be defected while inspecting the product, but he delivered product and left, asked us to check with Amazon customer service. 2. Product delivered on 25th January 2026 and as of today (1st Feb 2026), no technician showed up for the installation. 3. We already had multiple calls with Amazon customer service (3 times) and Acer service centre (2 times), still no proper action taken 4. Customer service from the Acer end is very poor. 5. Amazon customer service haven't provided any solution they just asked us wait for 24-48 hours. 6. Product received is an defective product and Amazon return policy has validity only till 4th Feb, we are not sure what to do next.

Poor after sales service... under budget tv
Product is good but after sell service is too much poor.. I have faced the display issue after the installation...and after one month of escalation with higher level of company management they provided on site support..
