I couldn't get the 4.7 ounces by volume in the cup but maybe they meant once the item is baked instead of before baking? I was looking for something slightly larger than a cupcake wrapper but sturdy enough to stand on its own so I didn't have to get muffin tins. My needs were probably just a little too specific. They are sturdy though so you can use them if you're looking for something to stand by itself. However, I'm not sure they're grease proof because mine leaked butter through them which would have made the contents impossible to sell. I was trying to make cruffins with puff pastry and all my butter leaked out of the dough all over the cookie sheet I had them on. Yes, puff pastry has a lot of butter in it but I feel like it all leaked out...it made a little butter lake.
