You can use the straw that comes with it or seal the straw hole and drink from it with the pop open drinking slot. I bought the seafoam green, which is a very light, creamy green. 🤔 It looks like a little beer keg with a handle (...and I LOVE that about it!)! 😂 The handle is the perfect size for my hand! If you want it for a cup holder FORGET IT! This monster is too big for those little weasly, pitiful, cupholders! The way it's made though, it won't knock over easily. It's about 4-1/2 inches wide by about 7-1/2 inches tall. I put it on my passenger seat and drove all over the place and it didn't fall over! The bottom is skid proof, and wide so it's very sturdy! Great for desk or table! I got this one on sale, but it's well worth the full price!As far as cooling capacity goes...I put 6 - 2x2 ice cubes in it this morning, filled it with water, and drove around for 2 hours with it on the front seat, windows down, 85° and sunny outside. Who knows what the temp was in my truck. It's still icy cold and has some ice cubes left after all that! (About 8 hours under rough conditions!) Last night I filled it with the big cubes and water around 11pm and it was still about half full of ice and what cold water was left 10 hours later!
