It was exactly what it was supposed to be.

The cane has some nice features that make it helpful. I wish I could love it but it's actually come to annoy me. Adjusting the height should be easy but pushing that button is near impossible, my strong husband tried to do it for me with no luck, I just have to deal with it not being quite the right height for me. The LED light is a handy feature but the battery cover has popped open and the batteries fell out despite checking to make sure it was in the locked position. I love how I can fold it compactly but which that I could lock the pieces in place during use like my previous cane as more than once, the base got stuck on something and when I pulled the pieces came apart which is very dangerous. With some design improvements, this could be a great product as I do love the base.

It is light weight however it will not stand up on its own and the help button works half a sound every other day. So way too much money for this cheaply made cane that doesn't do even half of the things it's supposed to!

Limited adjustments

I still can't get up using this cane! I have tried for two weeks. I can only rise up by using two hands on chair arms! The video shows a person simply geting up from a sofa. Why am I not able to do that?
