This is my favorite flavor of the slim shakes. It works as intended and keeps me fuller longer. On days I may be extra hungry I put this, some milk, and ice in my blender for a thicker drink and it is delicious! I’ve been calorie counting so this has been easy to use as a meal replacement and has definitely helped in my weight loss journey!

I was surprised by how good this tastes compared to similar products. The suggested way to serve it (1 scoop with 8oz skim milk) is only 190 calories, which is a snack, not a meal. I use whole milk (or whatever milk I have on hand) for extra calories and double the recipe to make about 500 calories, which is more reasonable for a meal replacement. I wouldn't have been able to do that with other shake powders due to their high sugar contents, which is not an issue with this product. You can try different milks to get different calorie results too. It mixes well in a shaker bottle.

There’s zero chalky taste, this stuff’s amazing. I highly recommend it as it tastes wonderful.

I’m on GLP1 shots and I have to take in high protein amounts but my stomach is usually upset and I don’t feel like eating. This replaces meals with vitamins and extra protein to help me meet my goals. Taste could be better, but it’s one of the only ones I can find without artificial sweeteners.

I only leave reviews for things I feel genuinely "wow" me to an unexpected degree. As someone who's trying to work on eating better and intaking more vitamins/essentials, I wanted to see if I could find a protein powder that I can simply mix with milk. I'm unable to make smoothies all the time and wanted to see if I'd ever be able to just make chocolate milk, as it's one of my favorite drinks. To my surprise, it tastes exactly the way I wanted if not better. It definitely takes less time to mix if you blend it, but I don't mind personally mixing it in a glass until there's no more clumps. It tastes sweet enough and definitely like a creamy chocolate as described. The serving size of one scoop is also very reasonable and perfect for a smoothie or tall-ish glass of milk. If anyone is looking for a protein powder that you'd want to mix/blend with just milk and still tasting super yummy, this one is it! I also tried the strawberry banana. It tastes more artificial, but the flavor is still good. It's great for variety, but I still find the creamy chocolate tasting the best overall.

This is surprisingly tasty and doesn’t taste like other protein shakes I’ve tried! It keeps me satiated for about 4 hours. Will definitely be buying again!

Delicious, works as it should

Doesn't really control hunger cravings or help with portion control. The chocolate flavor does not really dissolve into water, like at all. It tastes good, but doesn't feel like it is helping on a health journey at all.
