Best paper available!
This paper is some of the best and smoothest paper available on the market! It’s such a nice thickness many American make paper does not have, and the bleeding is non existent based on what I have used so far. The college rule helps me get more bang for my buck as I can write so much but maybe that’s based on my own letter handwriting. I would recommend others to purchase this paper as it makes you feel luxurious even if the cost seems a bit of the shock I assure you it’s worth every single penny.

Best loose leaf for 3-ring binders
I love the original Kokuyo Campus Sarasara paper, but always wished they made a size that fit in American 3-ring binders. Well, this paper is the answer. It is soooo smooth and feels sturdier than American loose leaf papers I’ve used. My gel pens, ballpoint pens, pencils, and highlighters write well on this paper, and I've had no problems with bleed through. I’m okay with the price because of the quality, plus it’s cheaper per pack if you buy the 5 pack.

Regular Loose-Leaf Will Feel Cheap After This
I picked up some Kokuyo Campus loose-leaf paper recently, and it is easily the best college-ruled paper I have ever used. It is incredibly smooth, does not feather or bleed, and fits perfectly in standard U.S. binders. Writing on it just feels better, whether using pen or pencil. It is definitely pricier than typical notebook filler paper, and it has a slightly glossy finish that might not be for everyone, but the quality more than justifies the cost. Once you try it, regular loose-leaf paper feels cheap by comparison.

Smooth, slick, seductive premium paper
Marvelously silky writing experience. If smooth but receptive paper is an attractant for you, be seduced by Kokuyo. With fine tip pencil and fine tip gel ink and ballpoint, all flowed enjoyably onto this paper.

A pleasure to write with!
When I saw that there was Kokuyo Campus paper for 3 ring binders, I HAD to order some! It turns out it's (This paper will get EVERYONE in class asking for a page) good! The paper is the perfect mix between thick and thin, so you're left with paper that isn't very hefty but still nice. Also, the surface is very smooth and good for pens. My favorite part is that the bleeding is very minimal for both my Zebra Sarasa Mark On and Uni Propus highlighter. Compared to thin and basic paper it's fantastic! I can finally use both sides of my paper. Quite expensive, but if you've been dying to use Kokuyo paper in normal binders this is for you. :) EDIT: It's been nearly 2 months since I ordered and I am still in love with the paper! I use it for notes and sketches in school and it's flawless. Even though the paper is smooth, the smearing is minimal. I normally use a Kuru Toga but it still works PERFECT! I totally recommend investing in multiple packs because I won't have to buy more for a few years at this rate. I have to admit I like Kokuyo notebook paper so much more because I have a preference for thick paper, but if you have to use a 3-ring binder this is the best option!

Excellent Loose Leaf Paper
Kokuyo Campus Loose Leaf Paper from Japan. High quality smooth paper with subtly inked ruled lines and dots for easy indentation and graphic drawings. Rather expensive but good value for money.

very nice but a little too glossy
Those are very nice quality, but unlike regular Campus notebooks, the paper is a little too glossy for my liking. I like matte feel of paper. However, it's not a deal breaker to send back and search for a perfect one. It is easy to write on, and the ink does not bleed to the other side of the paper.

Silky texture
I love this paper, it is thick enough, has a silky texture, and pens glide very smoothly on it. I’m really happy I bought them, and I will definitely purchase them again. I highly recommend it to you
