Better than expected
Feels sturdy, well made, all metal handle area. Very simple to disassemble and clean, and the metal seems thicker than I would expect for most consumer level kitchen gadgets. This honestly feels commercial grade. Highly recommend for the price especially

Great for first timers!

Stopped wworking after a few uses
It worked great at first. The ratcheting mechanism wore out very quickly and now doesn't hold pressure. It's pretty much useless. The return window has expired, so I guess I will have to fabricate a replacement part using better steel. Don't waste your money on this unless you want to make your own replacement parts to keep it working. Edit: The spring for the ratchet was too weak, I replaced it with a stronger spring and now it works fine.
