I've never used such a product. Went to measure first shake, using 250ml water and 55gms powder, but the scoop is a 30gms measure. Completely thrown by this, so looked at scoop to see if markings, no. Plus the measurement on the scoop is in ml. Luckily my baby food scoop was 5gms so was able to make an accurate shake.Once made its lovely not artificial flavour. I like to leave for five minutes after shaking to thicken up a bit, otherwise I feel sick after drinking it. Somedays I'm full up, others I'm really hungry but I think my body's getting used to it.
