Dimensions Needlecrafts Stamped Cross Stitch, Beauty

If you want to feel crafty but are a little ADD this is the project for you. It is relatively quick and easy working, the pattern work isn't overwhelmingly intricate at all. This is my second purchase of this pattern. My son has one framed in his room, which looks gorgeous when completed, and I have been asked to make on for a friend for her office. Bright, familiar and cheerful. A great pattern for a beginner. -Colors have not bled, fabric has not yellowed and overall work has not faded in the 4 years it's been hanging in direct sunlight.

Great color & thread! Easy to separate & select any thread. Plenty of thread (not skimpy, limited amounts) for every selection. Finished product is both superior & creates great comments.

I just completed the kit: Dimensions Needlecrafts Counted Cross Stitch, Tree Frog Trio I purchased this as a first time cross stitch project. The pattern is beautiful and easy to follow. The kit includes a paper pattern with visual walk through of the stitches needed to do the kit. Unlike another reviewer I have not had any issue with running out of the thread colors. Every color has several strands left. These are 6 strand standard embroidery thread so you have to separate 2 strands at a time. I recommend looking up a video on how to do this if you have never cross stitched before. My only negative was the included needle broke. The eye bent out of shape and snapped early on. Thankfully I had purchased some back up embroidery needles.

I was very skeptical purchasing these little guys. They were so cute. I had read a few reviews that weren't helpful, almost confusing about the content. I read everything carefully and decided I'd try it for myself. The frogs are adorable and the message they tell is great! See no evil, speak no evil, hear no evil. In a nutshell, this is a longstanding company. The entire package is exactly as it states. The Aida cloth was perfect as was the directions, string, and needle. Brand new and high quality. Don't hesitate-the price was terrific, too.

This is a nice beginner cross stitch. The pattern is stamped on the cloth so it could even be a good project for kids if they are interested. Good quality cloth and threads. Comes with cloth, threads, needle and instructions but no embroidery hoop. In a pinch, you can use a Mason jar ring and a big rubber band though.

My daughter is obsessed with wolves so I ordered this to make and frame for her bedroom. Came in perfect condition and exactly as appeared and described. I'm an avid cross stitcher and would recommend this kit!

There is a 1/2 cross stitch border that you cannot see in the photo. Very attractive but makes framing a bit trickier as it is a little bigger than 5x7. I went ahead and ordered a mat to accommodate for about $5 extra and put in an 8x10 frame. Really looked great! But you can leave off the border and it works ok in a 5x7.

Beautiful picture once finished. Good quality kit from Dimensions. The picture is a bit small. Not for the beginner because of half cross stitches and precision placement for back stitches. The placement of back stitches was a bit hard to follow on pattern. Otherwise an excellent kit. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful finished product. I enjoy Dimensions kits, and have done several. This one in particular has amazing colours and produces a wonderful craft suitable for framing. I even re-use the kit by matching skeins of thread to the ones provided and purchasing new aida cloth. The finished product looks a little different the second time around, but not by much if you can match the thread closely. As always, there was enough thread included to finish the project as long as you're careful, and if you need more you can contact Dimension for extras. Happy stitching!
