Excellent Product
This is so easy and effective to use. The wash and wring dry is really perfect and the pads are very durable. I used Swiffer wet mops, squeeze mops and mop buckets with wringers and this beats everything. It's also small and easy to store in the bathroom closet but has a wide mop surface. I don't write reviews for mediocre products, but I had to give this one some praise.

The best mop for multiple pet households
This is the best mop I have ever used. No one enjoys mopping, but I no longer dread it. I have three dogs and live in the country. There is a continuous supply of dirt tracked into our home. This mop cleans the dirt and hair off itself when you put it in the “dirty water” side. It is compact and easy to use. Gets floors clean without leaving them soaked.

Great Self-Cleaning Mop I really like this mop because it is very easy to use. The bucket has two sides: one for washing and one for drying. The wash side removes dirt and hair, and the dry side squeezes out the water well. I don’t need to touch the mop with my hands, which is very convenient. It cleans my floors fast and does not drip water. It works great on tile and wood floors. I recommend this mop for anyone who wants cleaning to be quick and easy.

Very functional, just a little too light
I’ve been using the Joymoop mop for a bit now and overall it’s really nice and extremely functional. The setup is simple, it cleans well, and it’s easy to use compared to a traditional mop. The only issue I’ve noticed is that the mop itself is very light. When I’m mopping, sometimes I’ll push down and it kind of sticks to the floor for a second, then shoots forward once I apply a bit more pressure. It’s not a huge problem, but I do think a little more weight toward the front would help balance it out. Still a solid mop and it does its job well- just a small design tweak away from being perfect.

Best Mopping System Ever
I've tried many different mops/mop systems over the years and either been dissatisfied with them or had them break on me. This includes a couple different designs by O-Cedar (all of which broke), swiffers, and a very well reviewed (and expensive) wet vac by Tineco (which doesn't work quite as well as a traditional mop and is a pain to clean out between uses). Nothing has beaten this for simplicity and elegance of design, ease of use, ease of cleanup after use, reusability, and durability. It's such a simple but brilliant design. First of all, let me address the only major complaint I've seen in other reviews, which is that you're mopping with dirty water. I'm not sure what world these people have been living in, but 90% of mopping systems do not separate clean and dirty water. This is how things have been done for centuries, how it is STILL done in professional settings such as hospitals, schools, factories, etc. and it seems to work just fine. Yes, there are systems now that do it, but they are all VERY new, in the minority, and always seem overly complicated to me with too many points of failure or other issues, or they are very expensive. To hold that as a standard upon which any mop system that DOESN'T do this isn't worth consideration and gets negative reviews is quite ridiculous. I think this comes down to people "feeling" icky about it rather than it actually being an issue with getting a truly clean floor, unless you believe we never had clean floors until 2021 (earliest I could find a design that did this, as of 2025 there are a few different options out there by different companies). That said, if this is very important to you as a feature, you can simply add the wash water to the drying side and basically use the unit in reverse and it works exactly how you would expect. I don't use it that way because this is not a feature I care about, but I've tried it and it works fine that way. Now, on to the things I like. The bucket is very simple, thick molded plastic with nothing on it that seems prone to breaking. The mechanism for removing the lid is very simple to use and very secure. There are no weird crevasses that make it hard to rinse off the lid and bucket after using it. The bucket does a great job scraping off any hair or other debris from the mophead on the way out. The pads are washable and reusable and the way they fit onto the mop head is incredible secure and nothing seems like it would be prone to breaking. They even smartly put the tag on the opposite side from the hooks so that you can pull on the tag to get the pad nice and tight before pressing it down. Now that's attention to detail! The mop itself is good quality, I'm glad they opted for sections that screw into each other rather than something that collapses down (like O-Cedar mop handles) because in my experience that design always breaks, I've had several different tools from various manufacturers with that design of handle, and they've ALL broken eventually. It's not quite as convenient, but I prefer it for the durability. I like that you can get the mophead more dry by passing it through the wringer multiple times, which makes it then suitable for use on walls, tables, etc. I like to shorten the handle and use it to clean my living room table as well as a big table on my front porch. I also use it for the tile in my shower. Overall I couldn't be happier with this mop. There's not a single thing I would change and I truly don't think it could be improved upon.

Ingenious Design - Ultra-Compact - Insanely effective mop system - worth every penny.
Hands down the best cleaning product design I have ever come across. It is compact and highly effective in that it washes and dries the provided mop heads so well that I'm actually surprised. The locking mechanism keeps the system in place. It is so easily cleaned after use. The construction of the mop is so well done. Steel components that lock in place perfectly. It all comes in a small box the size of the bucket itself. Brilliant. So much less packaging than other products. Nothing like this on the market. Highly recommend.

Good concept..... broken handle
I bought this product months ago. I have used it weekly. I like the concept. Cleaning water on one side and dry side on the other. It comes with multiple cloth attachments. The design flaw, for me, is the handle of the mop. When a person mops, they use preassure to push down on the mop so there is friction on the floor. The idea to make this item ship able.... is the flaw. The preassure point is made week by the handle being in three sections..... they are weak spots. My handle broke not long after I was using this mop. The metal split. My husband was clever and used metal straps and another piece of rod inside to put it back together. Because I was pleased with this item and we wanted to still use it. It has a sleek design. Great concept. Just can't use too much preassure or the handle splits.

Very Good Design and Product
Design allows quick washing and rinsing. This is the best mop bucket I have found. It makes washing walls, floors, and some ceilings a breeze compared to washing them by hand. NOTE: The mop is washed in the washing side and will get dirty due to washing the mop in that side. The rinse side is for rinsing the mop so it’s not dripping all over the place. Who cares if water gets back into the washing side? Rinsing the mop is what gets that water dirty. PROS: - Simple, solid design - Quality mop pads and pad attachment design - Extra mop pads to use on different areas - Adjustable pole that breaks down and fits in container when not in use CON: - Minus 1 star due to rinsing the water too fast causes water to spill on the ground. Need to rinse slowly the first couple passes.

Details are well-thought of, like the slots to insert the pad so it doesn't slip, the extra plastic panel that helps squeeze out water, and the drying section. Thanks for helping me clean :)

This product is not a Joymoop brand mop, and it comes with 2 pads not 4. Recommend you avoid.
