This vibration plate has been a great addition to my routine. It’s easy to use, lightweight, and doesn’t take up much space, which makes it convenient for home workouts. The different speed settings allow for a customized experience depending on comfort and fitness level. I’ve noticed it helps with circulation and gives a good full-body activation even during short sessions. It feels sturdy and well-built while still being simple to operate. Overall, it’s a solid piece of fitness equipment that’s effective, easy to use, and great for adding low-impact movement into a daily routine.

I purchased this after reproductive surgery to help get my circulation going again. Great product and would recommend, especially biological women at any age and stage of life to help break that stress cycle of a very busy "work, life balance" BS. Even just five to ten minutes can help shake off and reset that nervous system, increase circulation and help with our balance. I used my kitchen counter to gently hold onto while on it at first. then was able to pull it back little by little as I regained balance, again from surgery and a MTBI/TBI where balance is a challenge some days. NOTE: As someone who spend 4 years working in Vascular surgery. Please consult your doctor if you are on blood thinners, or have a history of DVT's (blood clots). If you shake loose a blood clot that may cause other issues. Please consult your provider managing your care, especially if you have varicose veins- as those are an outward result of blood not flowing as effectively. To be on the safe side, consult your provider managing your care.

So far, excellent product. It looks like a well built machine, with quality materials. I just started to use so I can't talk about durability but it looks like it will hold on for a long time. Excellent vibration specs, your body will feel it for sure. I was able to practice some of the excercises as described on the panflet and use the bands as well. Easy to use, does not use up much space, lighweight but sturdy. Overall I do recommend it.

Wow!! I use a vibration plate at the gym so wanted one to use in the convenience of my home after my home workouts or long walks/runs. This far exceeded my expectations. I actually prefer this one to the commercial ones at the gym in both quality and function. It is heavy duty! We have had this for a few months and it is wonderful. I used to get quite sore after my workouts, but when I stand on this for 10 minutes after, I have little if any muscle soreness. I like to do squats and stretching on it primarily, or just simply stand on it but lots of exercises can be done. It is a fun, positive and productive way to end the workout. I do notice more toning in my legs in places I couldn’t get too. My legs and knees feel stronger as do my supporting muscles throughout my body. I do get vertigo often in general but I haven’t had any issues in vertigo being triggered when using this and I think this is helping it improve. I definitely feel drainage that I didn’t even realize I had from my sinuses during and after using this. It is not too loud, so I can hear the television over this without turning up my television at all. The Bluetooth does work well, but the quality of the speakers is not great but if you have no other speakers to use, it is a plus to have. My kids love it to stand and sing on since it makes their voices sound funny. I don’t ever worry about my children damaging it as it’s so study and well built. Even though it is heavy duty, it is easy to move around because of its compact size. So when not in use we can put it on the closet floor or in a corner, and most people could lift it easily. The suction cups on it work very well on my laminate floor and it does not slide around at all when in use. I have not used it on carpet so cannot attest to that. I can definitely feel the circulation in my feet and legs getting better. I have issues with my legs hurting often since I am on my feet and legs all day and walk/run about 5 miles each day in addition to weight training. I cannot say enough about how my pain has subsided tremendously upon using this product. I like how there is a remote to easily change settings while standing upon it. I can’t say enough about this particular vibration plate!

This is the new self care trend, so I wanted to check it out and report back to my clients. I do enjoy it, it's easy to use, and it enhances my morning workouts. It drained my sinuses, which was a surprising benefit. That makes sense due to its lymphatic drainage claims. I use it for 30 mins a day, so I do feel a bit sore later that evening and the next day. My only real complaint is that it's difficult to sit on. I planned to do yoga and more exercises while sitting, however no matter how you sit, you bump the buttons on the panel. I'm petite, 5ft tall, and I'm still bopping the buttons with either my butt or legs which is annoying. I'll have to graduate to a larger one when I'm ready.

Just received at my door and tried it out right away! Super happy with it and the color is beautiful, designed with really good quality material , love the remote it comes with super easy to use. Noise level is very low not loud at all. Stability wise it is great with helping with balance , my posture isn't the greatest and I noticed right away it helped me maintain and keep a proper balance and posture for it noticed it encouraged that for me more. Im excited to see if it will help keep me with a good posture moving forward. Super easy to use and I can enjoy a show im watching while using it. I felt my body feel good and more awake in my legs I can definitely feel my blood circulation after 1 use . Very little of course since I only used it once so far so I'm excited how ill be feeling after more uses. It came packaged with great care as well.

I’ve been really enjoying this vibration plate! It’s compact, easy to use, and makes workouts feel more effective without taking up much space. The vibration settings are strong but comfortable, and I can definitely feel my muscles working. Perfect for quick daily workouts, stretching, or just getting some movement in at home.
