These work for leg cramps. We love the taste and no capsule trying to swallow. Works!

Taste and texture
I usually don't take vitamin or supplements that are gummies but, for the cost and value I thought why not give it a try. The taste is a bit tart but I like the chewy texture. The vitamin is effective and I like them so much that I am on my second bottle.

A gummy, not a pill
It' a gummy and chewable, so size is not a factor for me. I would definitely NOT try to swallow the gummy whole. I've had no digestive issues with the gummy. (It is not a pill.)

It's toooooo sweet btw. And the taste is more like sugar free sweet which i really hate.

Terrible taste
These gummies are absolutely terrible I got them to help relieve nausea and they make it even worse because their taste is so bad! I have no idea how they get such high reviews. They are inedible for me.
