These work for leg cramps. We love the taste and no capsule trying to swallow. Works!

Taste and texture
I usually don't take vitamin or supplements that are gummies but, for the cost and value I thought why not give it a try. The taste is a bit tart but I like the chewy texture. The vitamin is effective and I like them so much that I am on my second bottle.

Horrible taste
This supplement B6, had a horrible metallic taste. It made me question what was actually in the gummy. It was not available for return, so I am just out of the cost.
