Does these maca gummies really work?

I've been looking for this high dose maca root and ashwagandha formula. Shortly after taking these I felt more energy, was able to get more work done, and felt less tired.

Where is the maca sourced from? Is the gummy vegan?

Yes, the vegan type, and the label says the maca root is from Peru.

They have a smell similar to grapefruit juice, and taste a bit sweet and sour fruit flavor which is not too bad.

Definitely helps

Doesn’t do much for me.

This is probably 3rd or 4th different maca supplements I’ve tried. These don't really move the needle for me… in fact they make me a little sleepy about 30-45 minutes after eating. Could just be me I suppose. They taste fine and I like the gummy delivery.
