Original Taco Seasoning Mix 28g Sachet

I LOVE these Taco Bell packets. I don't measure. I just eyeball what I think I need. They usually make about 3 or 4 different meals. I just add water then mix in with my meat (substitute). Then use it on wraps, nacho chips or tacos. Because they're imported they're expensive-ish.

I used this kit and suddenly my kitchen smelled like a fiesta and I was dancing around with a tortilla in one hand and a ladle in the other. The flavour? Chef’s kiss. Spicy, savoury, and just the right amount of “I’m about to eat six tacos and call it self-care.” It made my old mince taste like it had a passport. I felt like I was on a flavour vacation—not in Mexico, of course, because let’s be real: this is Taco Bell, not your abuela’s secret recipe. But for a quick, tasty, budget-friendly taco night? It slaps.

We started to look around for Taco seasoning recipes and alternative mixes when Old El Paso changed their original recipe (the basis of happy family taco nights for many years) to their new "improved" recipes, called (at least in our house) "Bland But Strange" and "Hot but Oddly Tasteless". I found Taco Bell online recently and it went down very well in our house. Taco night is back with a happy face. I ordered a small supply initially and will get a lot more unless TB start messing with the recipe as well. It's not that hot so easy for the kids to get down, but tasty enough for adults. If you want something a lot hotter it might need some modding.

Nice but overpriced because it's imported from the USA. Unfortunate. I would buy more if the price was lower.

Bit pricey.but hard to get.tastes better than old el paso.

So man like me was craving some taco bell but the nearest one is like 2 hours away. I ordered the seasoning mix and oh my days it slaps.

The best taco seasoning I've had yet. My family loves it when we have a 'Taco-Nite'. I will be ordering more soon.

Best taco mix

This seasoning flavors pecans perfectly for meatless taco filling. I boil pecan halves for 30 minutes. I add some of this seasoning to the water for flavor. Remove pecans from heat after 30 minutes, leave them in the pot and let soak for up to an hour. The longer they soak, the softer they will be. Drain and grind with food processor. Add mushrooms if you like. Grind to a "ground meat " texture. Add olive oil to hot skillet. Pour in pecan mixture along with the rest of taco seasoning( use extra packet for more flavor!) Add 2 tablespoons of water as well. Heat until desired temp. Fill your tacos, burritos, or make some nachos! This seasoning is amazing!

I bought this product because we don't have a Taco Bell here anymore this was a nice treat to buy and make it tasted just as I remembered thank you

Expensive for one package but tasted just like taco bell!

We love the Taco Bell seasoning! We find that one packet is the perfect size for 1 lb. of ground turkey/beef and the blend of seasonings is delicious. The price is comparable to other seasoning packets, not bad at all. We keep about 4 packets on hand, as they have a good shelf life and make for an easy dinner.

tastes good. price was under a buck. not a steal of a deal in 1995, but its pretty ok in 2026.
