Purchased 3 of these cameras and am really happy with them. Very easy to install and set up. Had to make some slight tweaks to one of them and their customer service has been very helpful and prompt to reply. Would recommend getting the solar panels as then there is no need to charge them - while I was playing around with the settings on one of them I hadn’t realised I’d set it so was picking up loads of unwanted stuff which greatly reduced the battery - typically it was the one that was mounted most difficult to reach so was very thankful I didn’t have to mess around charging it up again! It charged up again very quickly once I’d realised and changed the parameters. Also have used one of these cameras as an alternative to a doorbell camera as I couldn’t see a solar version of these available and again didn’t want to charge or have wired in. Great sound and picture quality and you can use a 2 way intercom - so no need for the doorbell product as I was happy with the one I already have. After doing much research and debating I’m very pleased I choose these cameras. Btw you don’t need to purchase the cloud subscription, they will work without it and without the SD card, however I recommend doing it as the recording time is longer with it and you’ve got longer to view and save your recordings. Again, went with the subscription rather than SD cards for ease of use as didn’t want to have to be removing and formatting the cards when they got full - but if you’re cameras are in easily accessible positions then this would be the cheaper option - although requires more time and effort on your part.

I bought this to replace an expensive mistake! This camera is everything I need and works well with the solar panel. (The previous other brand needed taking in every week to charge and took half a day! ) So this one is a way better set up. The quality of the video is way better than the expensive one I bought previously from another mainstream retailer. No ongoing fees or subscriptions. It's pretty much plug and play. Discrete but enough of a deterrent. I use it instead of the doorcam...it's easier and better all round. Very pleased with the build quality, aesthetics and ease of use.

I have bought several of these cameras, both for my parents home and mine and they are excellent. Very easy to set up and install and to manage afterwards. My parents are in their 80s and have no problem navigating the footage and adjusting the settings. We went for the solar powered version for my parents so they don’t need to recharge at all. But not only is this a great product, the customer / after sales service is second to none. One of the 10 cameras that i have ordered all together had a fault on the charging, I contacted iegeek and received a quick response with troubleshooting pointers, these unfortunately did not work, and i received a replacement camera straight away, plus an additional solar panel as compensation. I cannot recommend iegeek products enough - excellent functionality, affordable, ease of use, exceptional customer aftersales care! Thank you iegeek

Pro's: 1) Looks robust solid build quality 2) Dead easy to install. If you follow the instructions, you'll have no issues. Mine connected at the first time of asking. 3) You can control movement via the app. 4) Batter life is decent (even before you add the solar) Night light motion sensor is very cool. Probably a bit annoying for folks walking past though. FREEZE!! 😂 Cons: 1) 2K Picture Quality? Is it heck. This is 720p MAX. 2) Viewing capacity. It see's a LOT LESS than I imagined it would. I have EUFY that gives me proper panoramic (width & depth- it cost £30 more to be fair). This gives you letterbox. Its only saving grace is the you can control its movements with the app, which is cool. Detection is a bit hit and miss. UPDATE: Solar charging is largely ineffective. The battery drains heaviky during the day and without bright sun, it does not charge at all. So now that summer is effectively over. It will require pulling off station to charge. Do I recommend? Hmm... 50/50. I'm on the fence. I like the cool features. But I' not 100% sold. But its reasonably decent value for money. There is nothing bad about it. Only elements that could be better. Solid 4 stars. But next time I would sepnd a bit more and buy abother EUFY with built in solar.

I purchased a 360 Camera in November, installed with the solar panel - easy to set up and use, great product. Last week I noticed the camera was off so I took it down from its mounting position and tried to charge with the supplied lead to no avail. I contacted IeGeek customer service team who responded very quickly with a number of fixes to try and also charge using an alternate lead as per specification. These did not work so I was asked for the camera number (S/N) for their technical team to review charging etc. Within 24 hours they informed me it was potentially an internal circuit that had failed, it is rare but it looked like this may be the cause, they would supply a replacement. Within 48 hours my replacement arrived. In my view the test of a company is not when things are going well but how they respond when there is an issue, in my case IeGeek responded fantastically and stood 100% behind their product. This customer service should be a great comfort to anyone purchasing their products.

I bought a few of these, most work perfectly but one will not hold its charge or charge with the solar panel as it should. I’ve been emailing ieGeek and have been offered 10% and 30% towards a new camera, but they are not willing to replace the faulty item they have provided, despite having registered the warranty for it. Great cameras if they work, but awful customer service and product support when they don’t. Amazon have also failed to provide any support and keep directing me back to the manufacturer.

Purchase this item last year,it worked fine for seven months, the constant charging from solar panel, seem to have damaged the battery cells, built in the camera ,would not recommend. Camera recording and viewing quality was great,but it should have some built in solar charging controller, preventing the battery getting damaged. If it's possible.
