Tested fine
Tested ok. Will change out next HVAC checkup. $16.00 against a service call of over $400.00. Will be changing every year.

Work as intended
AC stopped working, fix the problem for under $20 with this capacitor instead of $200-$500 calling an HVAC pro.

Got my heat pump working again. So far so good. A little smaller than the original.

Fan is working again
I've noticed my AC condenser fan was not working. I learned online that there is a simple fix. I just needed to replace the old capacitor. This was a very simple fix. I first turned off the power to the AC, took photo of the wire connections. I installed the new capacitor and connected the wires just like it was connected in the photo. And now the fan is working. This whole process took less than 20 minutes.

Capacitor came with a small dent in it. Didn't work upon installation (but to be fair, that could from a number of reasons)

Only lasted 1 year.
Purchased March 2024, replacing in April 2025. I guess $16 per year is not a bad price to pay but I would have expected it to last at least a couple of years. Used on a Pool in Texas.
