What I ordered on time

These strips are the only thing that worked for my snoring. I found the mouth braces uncomfortable, the spray not working for long enough and nasal opening strips to not do anything. The way this one works is that the strips slowly dissolve into a gel which lubricates your throat and stops the tissues from sticking and creating a snoring sound. The trick with these is that you need to put more than one strip on your palate at a time - I found 2 or 3 work best. This way they last most of the night. Using just one strip means it all dissolves after less than 4 hours.
