I can tell the difference in the way I feel since taking these. I can't believe it. And I have not been paid or asked to give this review in exchange for anything. I'm not one that rights many reviews, but this was worth it. The pills are not hard to swallow and there's no aftertaste and I can't believe how much more energy I feel. These really picked me up, as I was frankly, feeling lousy, but now I was even able to go to the store without feeling so sluggish. I'm very pleasantly surprised! I'm on a diet so these keep me hydrated and help tremendously! I wish I had been doing this all along. You can't go wrong buying this and my main reason for buying was because they have nothing harmful in them. I'm very particular about that. Thanks for a great product. I'm subscribed! I'll never be without these again. By the way, I'm on the carnivore diet which I love and really helps me get my health back.

Full disclosure... I don't do reviews often. Who's got the time? Honestly though, I've bought this multiple times and I can't imagine not having it. I started using it to help me while working in an aluminum factory because 700° ovens are no joke and you sweat like it's going out of style. This stuff was there. I've since gotten a job for a local library's bookmobile. Lots of summer events. Lots of taking hundreds of pounds of books in and out of bookmobiles and in and out of buildings. This stuff is there. Seriously... Just get it. Constantly buying sugary or fake sugary drinks is expensive and is tedious and at times gross. With these bad boys, you can water it up and lose weight and save money. That's a Win, Win... Win. Thanks, Michael Scott.

It is a good electrolyte supplement. I take them because it helps with leg cramps. The size of the capsule is good not too bed. I would not chew them the taste would not be good.

Excellent product. I always take it in the morning to start my day. My body tolerates it very well.

I'm in the fence for now as I haven't used it often enough to say one way or another. For now, it's a neutral*** (3 stars). But Kevin W. Reviewed that people get "rashes" in their skin after taking this. Is it a coincidence or what? I took one capsule if it a little more than a week ago during a hike. I got skin rashes on the same day. I noticed them after I got home taking a shower. A couple of days later, I started feeling intermittent & sharp radiating pains in the area and the skin in the area was very tender or sensitive to touch and was a bit painful when touched. It's been 9 days since the hike, the bumps at the center of the rashes are slowly drying up with black skin. Hopefully, things will be ok. I have a backpacking trip coming up in a few days. I may use a different type of electrolytes. If I use this one again, I fear that the rashes may exacerbate. I thought I was bitten by a tick or a spider initially. Of course, there's no definitive conclusion as to the cause of the rashes at this time. I'll experiment a little to see if this electrolyte was indeed the culprit.

So, to explain better, I'll go back. In May while my boyfriend and FIL were out of town, I took it upon myself to clean out the garage. Three days straight of sweating my ass off in the hot garage and not drinking enough water. I ended up becoming extremely dehydrated, almost to the point of needing hospitalization. Luckily I realized what it was and tried to fix it. Fast forward to July, where I started a new job where they don't have AC, and I live in the south, so, it's hotter than Satan's butt crack down here at times. I began to get leg cramps every night. I knew I was at risk of dehydration, if I kept it up. I ordered a keto drink mix with electrolytes that didn't do all that I needed it to do. After a while, I realized I needed more electrolytes. I ordered these and have been better since. Some days if I know it's going to be REALLY hot, or I don't drink enough water, I take two pills at once. It seems to help me a lot. As a diabetic, I have to have a lot of electrolytes and I can get easily dehydrated. This helps me to not have to worry so much about drinking a TON of water, although I still drink like 108+ ounces of water a day. Highly recommend!
