But, 99% of the time they work perfectly. I have found I need to wash my face right before I put them on, so my skin doesn't build up any oils preventing it from sticking. It does take a few tries before you get the hang of it, and get used to it, but once you do, You don't notice them anymore. The only downfall is dry mouth and chopped lips from having to breathe through my mouth. But, that's the point of these things. Restricting air flow through your nose, keeping your airway open to stop snoring. I no longer feel the need to go into the living room because I'm afraid of waking up my significant other. As it is, these are virtually impossible to get a tight seal with. And if you don’t have a tight seal, they aren’t any good at all. I’ve resorted to using medical tape around the edges. And, I still get air leaks and then have to readjust the tape. It’s like trying to plug holes in an inter tube after it’s been shot with porcupine quills. The darn thing leaks from here there and everywhere. After much fussing, I usually am able to get an airtight seal.
