Great for iPad 8th gen. THANK GAWD I have a Mac air now though!! Keypad lasts very long on one charge and works great.

I had lots of problems with the first keyboard that was sent. I sent an email to the company detailing the problems. They very promptly and courteously sent me a replacement keyboard that works perfectly. I am happy, because overall this keyboard and case are a good value and design. I like to use the keyboard detached. Because the keyboard is magnetically attached, it very easily detaches. The lighted keyboard is an added help. It has 7 easily changeable colors. The red color is great because it causes less glare if there are other people around in a darkened area. The keyboard is a little noisier than I like also because it might be distracting to others in a quieter environment like a library. For this reason only, I give the keyboard a "4" but everything else, including the excellent product support rate a "5"

I didn’t want to spend a ton of money after buying a new IPad just to get a keyboard case, so I purchased this and I love it! It’s a bit thicker than the original one from Apple, but it works well, and you are able to do a little more with it than you can the Apple one. It linked up very easily and so far the battery has lasted quite well. It has a place to store your pencil and is just very versitile. I was able to get this case, a pencil and screen protectors cheaper than just an Apple keyboard case. If you don’t mind the thickness and weight of this case, it’s well worth it.

Good color, easy to use, good keyboard responsives, not functional, not a good value for you money, lightweight, Had to return to flimsy.

I'm going to keep this keyboard because I don't want to go through the hassle of returning it, but I wish I had chosen a different one. I don't like that after you open the case you have to actually pick up the keyboard from the case and shift it toward you to expose the tracks that hold the ipad vertically in place. Also, the keys are going to take some getting used to - I'm having to be very deliberate in my strokes to avoid ending up with missing letters in the content. Finally, the magnet that holds the ipad to the case is not very strong or firm. It just feels loosey-goosey. I'll probably end up looking for something else in the near future.

Horrible directions for set up, charging light not working consistently. Tiny unreadable print, the QR code in the insert is total nonsense. Goes to Wikipedia in an alien language and print. Charging function is unreliable.. It keeps turning off

Doesn't sit up well. Can't figure out how to connect the keyboard.

The case itself seemed nice at first, and even though the keyboard felt flimsy, it worked nicely for about three months. Then suddenly my shift keys no longer worked with a few keys (specifically started with the h and a keys) which eventually progressed to all but my number keys. About four months after getting the case, the magnetic flap stopped adhering to the case as well, so it’s been regrettably more of a pain than anything. Will definitely be replacing with a better one. If you need something cheap that you’ll only use time to time, this should be fine. However, it definitely does not hold up to regular daily use for note taking st a university level.

Love the backlit keyboard, especially on dark planes. Also like the ability to work in portrait mode. Paired easily with iPad. Only complaint is its size back to front with keyboard on.

The case itself is nice, but there is a delay and some of the keys don’t register when you’re typing unless you press really hard.

First off, the color was vastly different than the picture. It showed an almost mint/turquoise green and what I got was so dark, I thought it was black at first. This is the reason for the 4 stars. Otherwise, it's half the price of anything comparable on the market and functions really well. I highly recommend 👌
