Having suffered from patella tendonitis for 18 years, I had been to numerous physiotherapists, physical therapists etc. Nothing I did helped in the long term. The only way not to be in pain was to abandon exercise. However I saw this brace online and decided to invest in it. I have never worn any kind of brace before so I was sceptical whether it would make any difference. I began wearing it during my daily workout, which involves a lot of squats. It was the squats that made my knees sore previously. I'm happy to saw that I have not experienced any knee pain at all since starting to wear the brace during the work outs. I'm so pleased that I'm hoping to go back jogging ( had to give up jogging due to pain.) This brace has literally changed my life and given me back to freedom to move!
