Fits perfectly as old # 4041
That device work good and holes fit perfectly like my old one. There is no # 4041 on the box but is exactly the same. Cost 30% of the price as other seller asking for it.

This heavy duty door closer came fast and was just what we needed to replace the broken closer on the door to our garage. It wasn’t the easiest to install but once we got it up it worked like a charm. It has a very sturdy metal construction.
