Was recommended by my podiatrist! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very spongey. *by C***Y on December 13, 2024* I ended up returning these hence the 4 stars. However, they are probably 5 stars but not on my feet. I wish they came flat with no arch support or very little. They are so squishy and that part is great for sore achy feet. But the arch is so high and with the rounded bottoms I don’t know how you don’t trip and fall or how it doesn’t hurt your arch. I have an arch but when I walk with these it feels like it’s flattening my foot out. I don’t know what to think about them.
