Great Suitcase. Love the clam shell design which makes it so easy to pack/unpack.

The suitcase meets my expectation and is really good. Even after few travels, it still stays good. The outer shell is sturday but at the same time flexible. Takes lots of load without any breakage.

Shell cracked after a few uses. Was not covered under warranty because it was damaged due to poor handling. Have you ever seen a bag being handled with care at an airport? Delaney used to last years but not this model. Poor poor quality
