I received a can in April and it was the original green label. **Q: Can anyone explain the difference in actual taste from a dark/bold roast?** A: On a trip to Costa Rica, We visited a coffee plantation and got to see end to end production. The owner made no bones about saying light or medium roast is the only and best way to enjoy coffee, dark roast is dark because it is literally "burned" and as a result is less flavorful and somewhat bitter.
