Works with some caveats
Use this for pentesting scenarios on a Kali Linux VM and it works fine you may need to install the drivers yourself and enable wlan0 on your VM but even the more expensive adapters have this problem. Range is not great but the antenna is removable so you buy a better Whip antenna to resolve

Works but tricky to set up.
We were preparing to move and gave our modem to a relative, forgetting we needed it to access our NAS for a few more weeks. Didn't want to run more cable after I'd just pulled it all out so got this, thinking it would also be useful while traveling with our NAS. I got it working in our house before we moved out but required my using some of my pre-retirement IT knowledge to get it running. Wouldn't recommend for the average Internet user. In those cases, RJ-45 and cable connection would be easier.
