Review: Excellent matcha for the price - I buy ceremonial blend products and have experimented with several high end ceremonials as well. I prefer matcha served as a cold latte and like a brilliant green tea that doesn't require a lot of sugar to mask the bitterness of low end products. For this purpose, my first bag of SEEIN Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder from Jeju Korea is excellent. The color could be slightly darker green, but it's still very good and the product appears fresh with a nice aroma when I open the package. It also mixes better than some of the ceremonial blends that I've tried. The aroma carries through to the flavor and the product I received is not bitter at all. I'm already placing an order for 2 additional pouches, so I may modify this review later commenting on the consistency of quality received. Right now, I rate it highly for lattes.

**Q: How much caffeine is in a serving for each product?**
A: Jeju matcha contains 32mg per serving, Hadong matcha contains 29mg per serving, and Boseong Hojicha contains 21mg per serving. The caffeine inside matcha is combined with L-theanine which is believed to produce a calming alertness.

**Q: What’s the difference between Jeju and Hadong matcha?**
A: Fundamentally, the place of origin is different. Each place where green tea grows has its unique growing environment. As a result, Jeju matcha has nutty, creamy, and sweet notes whereas Hadong matcha has floral, honey, and chocolate notes.

**Q: Why is my Matcha can dented?**
A: Our matcha is vacuum-packed right after being ground for freshness. While vacuum-packing, some of the aluminum cans can contract. It will expand to the normal shape once you’ve opened the package and doesn't have any quality problems.

**Q: Is the bag resealable?**
A: Yes, all the bags are resealable. The pouches are made with resealable zippers. The Can package is doubled-sealed with an aluminum cap and resealable plastic cap.

**Q: Is Seein matcha organic?**
A: Seein matcha is 100% organic matcha produced in Korea and USDA certified. Boseong hojicha is also produced organically, however, the farm’s USDA certification was acquired after packaging which is why it doesn’t currently have that logo.

This is my second purchase. First time bought based on customer reviews and the outstanding price. Was very pleased - great taste, I drink it every day, usually in the morning. At first, I was making the Starbucks Iced Matcha Latte, tried both regular Vanilla Syrup and Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup (just as good), but decided to stop drinking sugar and sugar substitutes, so tried just iced Matcha tea -- I may never have another iced Matcha Latte. I love the taste. So, with my second purchase, I bought 2. New packaging that I really like, still holds 3.67oz organic ceremonial matcha. May be my imagination but the tea does not taste the same, not as good as the 1st time I bought it. I have tried different strengths. Before I open the 2nd bag from this purchase I may buy a different highly rated brand to compare.
