The Amplified Study Bible, Leathersoft, Brown

Very happy with this bible, the amplified translation is great, the study notes also nice size to read. The notes help you understand what you are reading, while not as many as other study notes in other study bibles, I intend to make this bible my main study bible.

I've been wanting a large print, good quality, good translation, with All Black Print, with Cross Reference, Study Bible for ages. I I thought I'd have to pay a fortune if I eventually found one. I've owned an Amplified paperback version which I really enjoy for over 30 years now. So I was very surprised and happy to discover that this bible exists. To say I'm happy with my new Amplified Study Bible would be an understatement. The plus point is that it's very good price for such an expensive looking bible. The two tone imitation leather looks very much like real leather. At 70 years old, my eyes aren't that good now, so Red/pink print for the words of Christ are no good for me. Extremely pleased. Thank God.

I bought this as a present, they loved it! The translation gives a much larger picture of the meaning and the size of the lettering is perfect. Loads of info to get your teeth into. The leather look cover is great quality. It comes in a dust cover box which is great for storing it, when not in use. Just to say, this book is not a light or small book so it's the type you might use at home etc as a reference book etc. Overall an excellent buy.

I bought this for research purposes and although not Christian I recognise this is a beautiful book. It's not leather but you'd think it was. It's a big book, the print is large, clear and easily readable, the language comprehensible Commentaries and footnotes are excellent; the maps section is wonderfully colourful. A great advantage is the 'lay-flat' design which means you don't have to break the spine to stop pages flipping over. If I was a Christian and wanted a copy of the world's number one bestseller it would be this version.

Love the explanation fantastic for Bible study. if you love biblical literature and Holy scripture written by men inspired by the Holy Spirit then this is for you

Fantastic!!! I loved this translation as it gives you some of the old words and verses that morden translations like NLT, NIV ESV...etc have taken out as they believe it was not originally not there. However, I'd prefer to have them in my bible and choose to skip them if I didnt want to read them, also the AMP took the liberty to make them in bold square brackets [ ] . Also my page had mis print, however I would not return it due to that small printing defect, it makes mine unique and reminded that I'm not perfect though we should always strive for excellence as Christians. I love the bible divider too! I love this Bible and I would recommend it 100% even if it had mis print (I'm sure mine was an anomaly). It came really early aprox within 2-3 days of ordering. The footnotes and extra words are such a blessing for understanding the correct translation I believe. God bless and stop procrastinating of which bible lool. What matters most is that we digest the word and allow it change our lives for the better and more like Christ. Choose a version you can understand and that is closest to the orginal scriptures and start studying not just reading. Every blessing bride of Christ God bless Samuel.

Beautiful Bible. I ordered it on Tuesday morning and got it on Wednesday afternoon..Really fast shipping. The bible is brand new, beautifully packaged, exactly as described- leather soft, large print, with bible references and comments explaining each passage at the bottom of each page.… I couldn’t ask for anything better. Really easy to read!

Thank you so much for my order, Amplified Study Bible. It arrived early than I expect. The book is so good, I highly recomend it for a serious students of the word of God. It has explanation for every word that is hard to understand.
