I am not so sure what the ones who gave low rating received exactly!? But i received a great quality product, 100% exactly like picture and description!! Yes, it takes some time to fix the apple watch in it but it os worth it! I received nice compliments about it since I started wearing! If it was not a bit expensive, i would have ordered other colors!

Very sturdy case/strap with a high quality clasp, but the crown fell off after a month of use.

The product is good, decent fitment. It was very slightly difficult to add in the straps and the tool added wasn’t working. It was slipping internally.

You get some good comments about it daily. But you will be bored by the limitation of the hassle of changing it.

Model is way wider and diff shape than the image. Quality is low for the price Product returned.
