I’ve been taking this particular brand of creatine monohydrate off and on for a year, with good results. SunWarrior is a trustworthy brand, and the price (on Amazon) is an outright bargain. Most serious athletes recommend 5 grams per day. I use a half scoop daily, so approx 2.5 grams per day. The fine mist powder dissolves effortlessly in my morning hot coffee. I’ve also tried this with plain water which also works. I’ve cycled off a few times to monitor and rule out a placebo effect. I’ve concluded that the product improves my workout performance and muscle strength. It gives me a slight ‘pump’ look, if you know what I mean. Your mileage may vary, but it works for me!

You can find cheaper creatine’s at Costco and other stores, but my experience has led me to believe that you pay for what you get.
