The part is too long, the plastic pins at the top are too fat to fit in the hole . If you were to sand it down it would not latch because it is too long. The top width seems to taper to the end by the latch while the OEM does not. I rolled the dice and was hoping against all odds of the negative review I read he made a mistake. No mistake.
