Question 3

Hello Team, could you please help to clarify what is the different of 3 products: nubest tall, grow power & doctor plus. My daughter is 15 years old.

Accepted Answer

The ingredients and ages of use of the three products are different but all three products work to support the height growth in children and teenagers effectively.

- NuBest Tall works for children and teenagers from the ages of 5 to 20. It contains Calcium, Collagen and precious herbs as well as other essential nutrients. This combination of ingredients can help increase body resistance and immunity effectively to stimulate rapid growth of height. Therefore, NuBest Tall not only helps children and teens achieve maximum height when they are in their mature ages, but also supports their overall health.

- Doctor Plus works for children and teenagers from the ages of 10 to 20. It contains Calcium, Collagen, Vitamin K2, Vitamin D3, precious herb and minerals. It provides essential minerals and vitamins for children and teenagers to help them grow taller and support their brain development.

- Grow Power works for children and teenagers from the ages of 10 to 20. Grow Power contains Calcium, DHA, Vitamin D3, Phosphorus, Magnesium and other minerals and nutrients. Grow Power provides essential vitamins and minerals for the height growth in children and teenagers.

(*) If your daughter drinks milk regularly, using NuBest Tall will be more appropriate. If she drinks little milk or cannot drink milk, using Doctor Plus or Grow Power will be more appropriate.

Our products must be continuously used for a period of at least 6 months to see the results. After every 6 months of continuous use, the users can pause for 1 month and then continue to use again.

Children and teenagers can use our products until their growth plates are closed to get maximum height.

The results may vary from person to person.

In order to get the best results, your daughter should use our products regularly together with frequently exercising, having good nutrition and enough sleep.

Question 4

Im 15 5’4 can i grow taller with this?

Accepted Answer

Dear Chris,

Thank you for your interest in our products.

At the age of 15, You can take our height growth supplements to optimize height increase if your growth plates have not closed completely yet.

At the peak of puberty (mostly about 10-14 years old), people can grow up to 4-6 inches per year. Towards the end of puberty, people can only grow 1-2 inches per year even in optimal conditions (growth plates are still open and the user takes supplements regularly in combination with nutritious diets, proper sleep patterns, and frequent exercise).

Our height growth supplements should be taken continuously for a course of at least 6 months to make visible changes in height growth. Users are recommended to take capsules regularly until their growth plates close completely to achieve the optimal height. The results may vary from person to person.

In order to get the best results, You should follow the recommended dosage, ensure frequent exercise, proper nutrition, good sleep patterns and healthy living habits.

- About exercise: You should frequently exercise or play sports that are good for height growth such as swimming, basketball, volleyball, badminton, cycling, yoga, stretching exercises, etc.
- About nutrition: You should have a healthy and nutritious diet (more protein, vitamin C, vitamin D3, K2 in daily meals) and avoid overusing sugary foods, greasy foods as well as some drinks like coffee, wine, beer, carbonated water and other stimulants. These unhealthy foods and drinks adversely affect the absorption of nutrients that work for height growth.
- About sleep and living habits: You should sleep 8 hours per day, go to sleep before 11:00 PM, maintain good mental health, and avoid stress.

In case you have not grown any inches over the past 6-12 months, it may be a sign that your growth plates have fused early. Having an X-ray will help to determine exactly the status of your growth plates. Once the growth plates have completely closed, it is impossible to grow taller naturally (except having leg-lengthening surgery), so taking our products will not work in that case.

Best Regards.
