The rod is is horrible. Softened the point after one use. It’s not a center finder if it cannot punch in a center. Also when I received it I moved the dial and the level popped off. Had to use super glue to put it back on there. I work as a sprinkler pipe fitter. I work with sch10 such 40 pipe and I use this to create mechanical tees. So if you do the same please don’t buy it. Not worth the money. Get a rigid one Also not magnetic which I knew about but cmon it’s a center finder.

Not sure if they intended the center rod to be a punch or awl, but I does neither. It does provide a visual to use to mark pipe.

Great concept but center punch is so soft. The point was destroyed on the first hit on soft steel pipe. If punch was hardened it would definitely be awesome but spend more money on the other ones for better quality

Fast shipping. Okay, when I actually used this, I tapped the top with a small hammer and the level bulb fell out. I super glued it back on but it’s off just a bit. Spend the extra money and buy one that won’t fall apart. Thanks 🙏

Very good quality and extreme accuracy

It looks like it should do the job but of course after one hit to mark the center of a piece of pipe the level fell out. It looked like a 4 year old had used a hot glue gun to glue the level into place. Anyways I recommend you buy a different brand else where. One that’ll back its product and make things right. Very disappointed!
