I am disappointed with the Moshou Kitchen Timer.- The dimensions of the timer are 7.25" x 3.5"; this is much bigger than most kitchen timers.- The listing claims it runs on batteries (AAA battery included). I tried charging the unit for an afternoon, and it still did not show a charge. I opened the battery compartment, and there was no place for a battery. (see photo) When the timer loses power, the clock needs to be reset.- The buttons need to be more intuitive. There is an instruction sheet, but it is hard to follow. (see photo). Setting the clock, an alarm, and a timer should be simple. The Mandarin language side of the instructions may be easier to understand.This clock has an all-plastic shell, so it feels cheap. The display is clear and bright, and the dial feature seems like a good idea if setting the timer up is more straightforward. Where are the hour/minute/second buttons? There are better kitchen timers out there.

Tried to use this once I received it to help me keep track of a meal I was preparing. However, it never worked for me. I unboxed it and tried to turn it on thinking it would turn on. But nothing happened.Plugged it in to a wall charger and made sure the charger was giving the timer enough power, but it never came on.Tried it a few more times using different chargers and it never worked. It was DOA.
