I really liked the old India Omtex jocks. Then about seven years ago they changed their name to Tokyo Omtex. Maybe they changed their manufacturing plant to Japan. I wasn't sure about the quality of these new jocks, but bought a few. The material is not as soft and comfortable as the old ones made in India but they are still a really good jock strap. My favorites are the ones with the covered back. That's a new feature, The India Omtex only had ones with straps, but the covered back ones are excellent. My only complaint is that they used to only cost about $12-$16 for a jock strap and now the price has gone way way up. I will say this, the ones with the covered back are really great for working out and for physical work. They help a lot with lifting, bending, stretching, standing and walking. I wish that the ones with the straps would have slightly shorter straps so that the waist band would ride slightly lower around the groin. If you have a lot of money and can afford them then they will really improve the quality of your life. Oh yeah, one more important thing; wear some cotton jockey shorts underneath the jock strap to protect yourself from getting jock rash from the material rubbing on your skin. That's a wrap guys. I have been using this product from last 1 year. Now the elasticity is not the same and it is tearing off from the ends, even I am not Washing it too frequently.

The waistband and the groin cover have held well as observed after about 2 months of usage. The supporter has shown miner wear and tear, nothing out of the ordinary doe to the nature of usage in workouts. There is also a layered pouch for inserting a groin guard for use cases in sports, a good thing to have here. It has also held up pretty nicely to wear and tear by regular usage. Overall, a value-for-money buy.
