Very well designed and works as described. Easy settings between tens and EMS. Battery lasts a long time in the controller. Bluetooth connection to the controller is flawless. Controller app is easy and direct.

This is a fantastic unit, with very user-friendly aspects both to the hardware and the app. Flawless Bluetooth connection between phone and the device every time with multiple settings and options, or create customized settings . Pads are very comfortable, I actually wear this device all day, it’s very inconspicuous and I can run a few sessions throughout my workday with no distractions to myself or anyone else . Whisper quiet comes with a couple different size pads for larger or small areas, and the rechargeable battery seems to hold up well for multiple uses before recharging

Great reliable product, works with the app in an easy way. I use it to activate the opposite/reciprocal muscles on the ems function, in order to force my hypertense muscles to calm down (multiple back surgeries/disc and nerve impingement). Love the cordless function! Makes it easier to sustain use. The only reason it’s not five stars is the pads wear out quickly and require special care to maximize use. That being said, you can rig up other pads to work with this model and that makes it worth it! I will buy a second model eventually to have a back up. Another plus- battery lasts pretty long

Great product. It helps so much with pain relief

As I’m sure most people with chronic pain and fatigue know, some days you don’t have the capacity to keep trying things over and over, especially when you’re afraid your brain is failing you…like you know it will someday and then you miss the return window because leaving the house is also a big deal. That being said I have been trying to get this stupid thing to work for 4 months! My phone was slightly outdated so I thought it could be that and even tried on someone else’s phone, then thought it could be me because of brain fog from the disease I am seeking relief from then I just bought a new phone and IT STILL DIDN’T WORK. Finally came here to make a review and started reading others to find one small mention of this other app for the PURPLE one only and it at least has connected via Bluetooth now. I’ve only tried to use it tonight and it’s crapped out several times. Relatively cheap for wireless Tens but just get the icy hot brand one at your local pharmacy- it’s reliable and works every time for the same price. You just have to reach to turn it on yourself or get someone else to, no app or connectivity bs to deal with.

I’ve never had another tens unit to compare this to, but I’m pretty impressed with this unit for the price! It’s wireless, rechargeable, and has a long battery life. I control it using an app on my phone. It’s been helpful for reducing low back pain (from a herniated disc) while at work, working long hours. It’s also helped to relieve menstrual cramps. I am a little concerned about whether it mught interfere with cardiac electrical activity, as I’ve noticed some heart palpitations and heart pain/pressure a few times when I turned it up the intensity. That may just have been coincidence, but out of caution, I don’t use it near my heart or on high intensity settings. The app to use it is called Dr Stim (it was a little confusing at first to figure it out), and it connects to the device through Bluetooth. Sometimes the device disconnects from the app, just power off the device and then power on and find it using the app.

I got this about a week ago but only started using it today because I was beginning to have cramps. The vibrations help relieve some of the pain but I can still feel a good bit of pain. I don't exactly like that you can only have it on for an hour at a time. It did charge fairly fast though and I've had it on for a few hours and the charge is still in the high 90s. It's a bit frustrating to get started because it will shut off pretty fast if it's not found in the app or you change what body part you want the device on. Also, if you change the amount of time you want it on it will shut off. It automatically is set to 20 minutes. For my level of pain I need it on for as long as possible. I haven't made up my mind if I'm going to keep it or return it. I will say so far I do like how long it goes along my abdomen but the device itself is bulky so I wouldn't feel comfortable wearing it out in public. I am impressed with the adhesive pads that stick to your body. I've had to take it off a couple of time and they still stick fairly well to your body after removing. I do recommend keeping the plastic that they first come on to. Before purchasing I did see how much replacement pads are and it's not crazy expensive. I like this idea but again not sure if I will be keeping. I have purchased another device that I'm going to try and see how it compares to this device.

I’ve had mine for three years now and it still works very well. I love that it is very portable and easy to take on trips. Convenient little case. I’ve bought different sizes of the pads and used them all over my aching body. Whether it’s an autoimmune flare, injury, or age- this thing gets used a lot. Connects easily and controlled by my phone. Easy as can be!
