Quality cleats
Easy to set up with an Allen wrench. Cleats appear to be high quality, which is what I would expect from the shimano brand. Very good value for the cost.

Great cleats for Schwinn IC4 bike.
I just got a Schwinn IC4 stationary bike for using inside during the snowy weather when I canโt bike outside. I had trouble finding out what cleat you need on your bike shoes to connect to the bike pedal. These SM-SH56 cleats are exactly what I needed. They were so easy to install on the bike shoes, even for an old grandmother! The metal is very sturdy. It is very easy to turn your foot a bit and click in and out of the bike pedal. It is so much better to spin when your foot is connected to the pedal as you can pull up and push down. You get a better workout. They were a great price also. I recommend these.
