All in all happy. Instant Filtered hot water is very useful TDS started ~20 & went up to ~50 after ~6 months. A replacement filter returned it to ~15 & rose to ~38 after 11 months. Another issue was E06/E05 errors ~ 20 months in. I contacted Water drop & they agreed to ship a replacement if I paid £90. The replacement came with a new filter so was les than a filter for a new machine. whilst I was miffed at paying £90 the prospect of paying less than a new filter around the time it was due to replaced & getting a new machine made sense. Didn't take long to swap the old for the new.

Easy setup, works great. Filter clean from 240 tap water to 15, but screen on tap show 7. And also before was worse tap water around 340 and result was the same

This is the best thing I've ever bought. I know of no other with hot water and reverse osmosis. It looks very slick too. I'll be buying one for xmas for my son who buys bottled water non stop. I did purchase the separate filter to add back essential minerals which the filter may have removed along with the nasties. I had an issue at one point and Doreen in customer services gave excellent service. Thank you.

I faced a technical problem after using the machine K-6 for more than five months, after submitted the failure symptoms and photo, their CS especially Krystal, who was really helpful. Within 24 hours she helped and provided a solution for me. Appreciate her support and other CS team. Although facing issue after five months is not good at all but the CS team from WaterDrop help a lot for future recommendations to others.

I've been using this for just over a month now. It was very easy to install and I've had no problems with it. The water tastes great and the flow rate is very good. The hot water function is very handy, and having come from a traditional RO system, I definitely would not want to go back. The tap is very small, so is definitely not discreet, but if you don't mind the look of it then it's definitely worth the investment

It purifies water thoroughly, and while the initial taste was slightly bitter due to extensive TDS removal (expected with any high-quality RO purifier), adding a remineralization filter made the water wonderfully sweet and enjoyable to drink. Even my dog prefers this water! After experiencing this, tap water just doesn’t compare anymore. As a doctor, I installed this to ensure better health, especially with recent news suggesting that 70-80% of UK water might be unfit for consumption. We were very happy with this...for a month and a half. Purchased in Jan 24, installed in Feb ...stopped working end of March! Help docs only say to restart it but that simply doesn't work. Error E6 goes to E5 and it just stays there. Reached out to Amazon they said send it back! After paying a plumber £220 for instalation and binning the boxes? Unlikely. Reached out to the manufacturer. And suprise, suprice... based in China they only have a US office...zero support or waranty service in the UK. Suposed to be 1 year according to listing and leaflets that came with it. No parts, no technician or plumber. And if stupidly like us you also bought an extra £119 filter your options are to just pay another £220 to a plumber to remove this, dispose of it and never shop with Amazon again or... that's it really. No other option. This is an extremely costly mistake to make. Small claims court and Ombudsman it is then. Save yourself the trouble and buy something else somewhere else.

La macchinetta è davvero ottima e molto comoda. Ha migliorato notevolmente la mia vita quotidiana. Prima dovevo usare bollitori, termos e altri strumenti per avere acqua calda, ma ora non solo non ho più bisogno di comprare acqua minerale, ma ho anche liberato spazio in casa, eliminando la necessità di avere diversi bollitori. Inoltre, posso avere acqua calda immediatamente per fare un caffè o per preparare un tè. Quindi, trovo questa macchina davvero eccellente. In passato ho avuto un piccolo problema con la macchina, ma il servizio clienti è stato molto reattivo e ci ha aiutato a risolvere la questione. La consiglio vivamente!
