I am satisfied. However, it is a 9” showerhead, not 10”, as advertised. Also, it comes with two sand filters, one in each end of the extender, no spare as advertised. The only fault I can report is that there is a ball joint on only one end of the extender, not the wall pipe end; thus, limiting it’s positioning. I almost could not use it. However, I had to increase the water pressure to my house and remove the regulator inside the shower head to get a good stream from the full head.
