The only cosmetic damage I found was to the polystyrene packaging. Result. Everything was included as per the listing. Built a bespoke mounting bracket so it fitted my trailer and mounted it. The remote controls are fantastic. It pulls compact tractors up the trailer ramps with ease. It’s rated at 4500Lbs so tried it on my 1 ½ ton off roader. No problem at all.
