Review: Great product, requires skill & the right tools - Worked out great!! I needed something without a track due to the placement of my door. I built a wood frame using 2x4's braced with furring strips and stretched canvas fabric over it, so it's very lightweight. It's essentially a piece of art that acts as a hidden door. It definitely requires someone with woodworking skills and the right tools. It would be more difficult to make the required cuts on a full size door. Fortunately, I only had to cut the grooves in 48" long 2x4's which were then assembled to make the frame for the canvas.
Review: Great product giving great results - Even though the installation requires some wood working equipments, the final result is outstanding. If you are handy or if you know someone who can install it for you, I highly recommend doing it. The door slides easily and the soft close mechanism works really well. Very happy with this purchase.

A: 48” is sliding track’s length,it fit door width 40~44”,if your doorway is 48”,you may need track length 52~54”,

The track's length can be cut down for small door panel

**Q: whats minimum distance between passage opening top and ceiling**
A: Please make sure there's at least 2-1/2" from the top of the openning to ceiling for installation.
Please check photo 6.on the listing,which showed the door panel cut drawing.
The top side of the door have to be cut a L channel for top sliding rail.

It definitely requires someone with woodworking skills and the right tools. It would be more difficult to make the required cuts on a full size door. Even though the installation requires some wood working equipments, the final result is outstanding. If you are handy or if you know someone who can install it for you, I highly recommend doing it. The door slides easily and the soft close mechanism works really well. Very happy with this purchase.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product, However……

We had a 42” x 96” door to cover a bathroom entry from bedroom. The door was 1 3/8” thick and made for a challenging job to route the recesses for the track and wheels. It also was a hollow core door with some relief details. The tolerances were very tight and did cause a void where the relief was too close to the routing. Once installed and adjusted it rolls great and quietly and the soft close manage to work with this lage door. I would recommend that you have a door that is at least 1 1/2” thick with 3” of solid wood on the vertically on top and bottom. Working with a hollow core door is not impossible but not for the faint of heart and requires advance planing to avoid mistakes. Definitely not for a rookie. Bottom line it is great took twice as long to do, and the allusion of this panel door just floating on the wall is stunning
