Very sharp and cuts through card stock easily. My only wish would be for there to be some sort of marking on it so if you are cutting an edge that is longer than the punch you could line it up.

This has a very pretty pattern. Just be careful and line it up very carefully. I practiced on some paper that was the same that I was gonna punch just to learn how to do it.

so much fun to use with all our crafts

This punch has never worked smoothly from the start. I wish I had returned it right away, as I am now past the replacement period. The punch gets stuck when pressed, and I have to manually push it from the underside back to the original position. I have lubricated it with oil; punched wax paper and aluminum foil - all to no avail. Very disappointing. I may have just gotten a punch with its own manufacturing glitch, but it is of no use to me.

Very nice cuts through my water color paper.

Great until it jammed, after just a couple of uses. So, the good, it creates a beautiful edge it is small, but really produces a great edge. Note that the cutting area width is less than 2 inches. Now for the bad, it only worked for a couple of cuts and then it jammed. It took some effort to unjam it. When it jams, turn it over and using a flat blade screwdriver or similar tool, press on the die and hopefully it will spring back into place. A bit of a pain. Also, it is virtually impossible for a child of 8 years or younger to use, in case you plan for a child to use it.
