UPDATE : Changed to 5 stars because they were super quick at responding and sent me new items to replace the ones that were broken with no extra charge to me. Super thankful and glad that they made sure to fix the issue. It was great for a few months, I bought this back in November and it was great. The mixer started to lose pieces here and there but I was able to put them back in but now they just fall right back out. The tamper was great, until today.. I went to tamp my coffee and it fell apart. I have been trying to fix it for the last 30 minutes and I’m getting absolutely nowhere. The weight won’t screw on, you have to push everything down since there’s a spring to even try and get the weight on and it’s just impossible. Even when I push everything down it still won’t screw on. I have even tried to screw the weight on without the spring and measuring thing just to see and it still won’t screw on. So now i’m left with metal in my espresso and a broken tamper.

It’s wonderful! I use all of it every single day!! So worth it!

This tamper works great with my Picopresso 51mm Basket, and puts the right amount compression on my puck. I also use an E&B LAB IMS Precision puck diffuser with my Picopresso. Together they're a match made to Espresso.

A great latte art kit. It includes several useful tools that are durable and comfortable to use. It's been very helpful for practicing designs and improving my technique. Excellent value for money.

Buen tamper, con buena graduación muy firme. Los materiales parecen resistentes y tiene muy buenos rangos de graduación.

I was ready for barista-level espresso at home with this Espresso Hand Tamper 51mm with a WDT Tool and calibrated spring-loaded action. I mean, the design is sleek, it’s got that fancy spring mechanism, and it even feels like it’s whispering, “Let me help you create espresso perfection.” But... reality check. My espresso machine wasn’t quite vibing with the 51mm size, so instead of a perfect fit, it was more of a “close but no cigar” situation. While it felt premium and looked like something straight out of a coffee shop, my machine just wouldn’t give it the love it deserved. For what it’s worth, the spring-loaded action really does give a consistent tamp, and the WDT Tool was a nice touch for those of us trying to level up our coffee game. If this fits your machine, you’re in for a treat! For me, though, it was a short-lived love affair. Returned it with a heavy heart, but hey—it was almost the espresso upgrade of my dreams!

الtamper تقيله اوي وقوية وكل حاجه تمام لكن القمع مش بيدخل في اليد مع انه 51mm رجعت للشركة coffee tools وكانوا محترمين جدا قالي رجعي الاوردر علشان مايعديش مدة الاسترجاع واطلبي تاني لكن للاسف القمع الجديد برده مش بيدخل في اليد اصلا

Los productos se sientes resistentes y de calidad, la jarra es gruesa y pesada el tamper pesado y tiene buen agarre, viene con todos los articulos de la descripción, entregado en la fecha indicada y bien empaquetado, muy contenta con la comunicación con el vendedor, tuve un problema con la medidas y me lo pudo resolver rápido y muy amable, recomendado.

Excelente función y materiales de buena calidad, solo que me falto un artículo. Proveedor excelente hizo el reembolso proporcional. Recomendable.
