I'm absolutely thrilled with Downy Rinse & Refresh Laundry Odor Remover! As someone who's always on the go, I tend to accumulate smelly gym clothes, sweaty workout towels, and clothes that have been left in the hamper for too long. But this product has been a lifesaver. The Odor Remover is incredibly effective at eliminating tough odors and leaving my clothes smelling fresh and clean. I add it to my wash cycle, and it works its magic to remove even the most stubborn smells. My clothes come out smelling like a field of flowers, and I feel confident that they're truly clean. What I love most about Downy Rinse & Refresh is that it's so easy to use. I just add it to my regular laundry detergent, and it does the rest. It's also gentle on my clothes, so I don't have to worry about damaging my favorite workout gear or delicate fabrics. The bottle is a generous size, and the liquid is thin but potent - a little goes a long way! I've been using it for weeks, and the bottle is still more than half full. Downy Rinse & Refresh has been a great addition to my laundry routine. It really does a nice job removing tough odors, especially from activewear and kids’ clothes that tend to hold onto sweat. The Active Fresh scent is light, clean, and not overpowering, which I appreciate. I like that it works as both an odor remover and a fabric softener — clothes come out feeling softer and smelling noticeably fresher. It also rinses out well without leaving any heavy residue. For anyone dealing with stubborn odors or lots of athletic gear, this is definitely a product worth trying.

This stuff really does work. I line dry a lot of cotton clothes. In high humidity, the slow dry time can result in musty mildew odors over time. This Downy Rinse was the only thing that really worked. Scent beads just made things smell like mildew AND flowers mixed. Marketing hype says this stuff is pH engineered to strip-out excess soap residue and really clean-out the odor causing elements. But I believe the hype. It works. I've used both the regular Cool Cotton scent and this Activewear version. Both work well, and I like both scents. The Activewear is maybe a stronger scent? Personal preference I suppose. I put it in the fabric softener spot in the washer. We've had no issues with skin sensitivity. Good price performance. Little goes a long way.

Downy Rinse & Refresh laundry leaves my clothing with a fresh and clean scent. I use it especially in my scrubs to remove any odors from work. I love the fresh clean scent it leaves behind.

The smell is light & lovely. It cleans any under smell well. I used it for my Dad’s robe. He passed a couple months ago, and needed to clean out his room at my place. I found his robe, which had not been properly washed in 6 months prior to his passing; and his bed clothes. Those that are caretakers of seniors (my Dad was in his 90’s) know the challenge of keeping things fresh & clean. This worked in one load! It saved water & laundry liquid, and came out smelling fresh & clean!! Same for my Dad’s robe. I couldn’t bear to part with it, but after a regular wash, it still came out of the dryer with an underlying smell; and I worried it would have to be thrown out. I purchased this, and rewashed; and am so incredibly happy that I took a chance! During cold spells in March/beginning of April; it was like my Dad was hugging me. It’s now a favorite comfort, to be wrapped up in his large robe & face what I must to get better. This was a game changer for me. Thank you Downey.

The green smell is the best. It makes my clothes smell so good and it's definitely safe for all sorts of materials

Works great. Bleeds clothing a little, but not by much. I don't get how i use to live without this stuff. I'll figure that out later cause I use to not need it. Works maculate.
