Appears to be a quality made snack, but I personally thought it tasted disgusting. I like dried fish and fish snacks, and I like spicey food. However these fish are in small individual packs and soaked in an overpowering sichuan and vinegary chili sauce. I spat it out and threw the rest away.

I love the flavor, the smokiness and the texture. But these are not spicey, these are too hot. I like a little heat, but when it says spicey and is in fact HOTTTTT, that's a non starter. Ate 5 of the little packs and had to toss the rest of the bag. Wish they made a spicey that wasn't on fire.

I was not expecting them to be what they were and it scared me at first but after eating a few they are amazing absolutely love them

it tastes exactly how you think it would, like spicy fish. i was looking for more of a dehydrates seasoned fish snack instead but these work too.
