perfect dry brushes yes they are fantastic
i am so glad that these exist. all the videos on painting miniatures on yt rave about the artis opus brushes that are totally over priced at 170 pounds for 10 brushes. first thing said about dry brushing is to not use your best brushes because it will ruin them & for a while there the online community agreed that the best dry brushes were in fact cheap make up brushes...then army painter came out with some marketted as masterclass dry brushes ...i bought them & they were great but there are only 3 of them small medium & large , not small enough really. then artis opus released theirs ridiculously over priced, nicely packaged in a wooden box but i mean you are buying brushes not a box. then the nice touch of a damp pad to stop your brush getting too dry while dry brushing & a little pot of brush cleaner another nice touch but still not 170 quid nice. i am sure their product is great but i am over the moon that the artify dry brush set is now available because it is perfect & a much better price (though i bought mine for 22 pounds on a sale price). they are very nice qualitym they are goat hair & the bristles are not too soft ...perfect! the sizes are perfect. it has brushes pretty much the same sizes as the masterclass 3 but better still it has a really small brush too. if you need a replacement sponge pad, i switched mine out for a replacement distress ink handle pads, they fit perfectly as well & are better quality. the domed sponges will not fit but the normal flat round ones do. really good product, not just a cheap rip off , the brushes are perfect, definately as good as the army painter ones but i actually think these are better, the bristles are high quality.

Good quality and value.
Having been using a variety of different brushes for drybrushing since way back in 1985. You'd think I'd be good by now... Anyway, after seeing the astounding quality achieved by "Bearun" at Artis Opus I decided I should try a better quality brush. Unfortunately the Artis opus range are a bit too pricey for my means, but I saw these recommended by Juan Hidalgo (check him out) and decided to go for it. The brushes look good and are of good quality. They are soft enough to get a relatively smooth finish with practice. The range of sizes is also excellent and will cover small minis, larger areas and with the largest suited to terrain and scenery. They come with soap for cleaning (and being white you can see when you have cleaned them properly). I haven't used the provided soap as I already have some Masters Brush Cleaner, but I'll try it at some point. Also I don't use metallics so can't really comment on the brushes perfomance, or cleanability with those. So, in all, I'm very happy with these and thanks to Juan for recommending them.

Nice little set
Good price for a decent little airbrush set. They are holding up nicely so far for me with frequent use.

Delightfully surprised. A pleasure to usr
As a budget focused painter I am always skeptical of jumps up in price; however in this case I can confidently say that this price jump is warranted. The quality is definitely a notch above more budget priced brushes that I've tried. They do a good job at what they are meant for and if you follow the maintenance instructions I suspect they'll last a reasonable amount of time.

Great Value Dry Brush Set.
I have tried a few different dry brushes over the years. From the old GW ones that where far too stiff to actually use as dry brushes to playing around with old make up brushes that ran the full gamut of too soft to just right. However Artis Opus came up with a set of great dry brushes. But there biggest issue is they are far to expensive, especially for brushes that will be put through the ringer. Army painter offered a great alternative for a good price. But the problem there was only three brushes missing out on a smaller and larger size. However this set is great, especially for the price. In it there are 5 brushes from a really small one to a decent sized one. While they have made great brushes for all the terrain I have worked on (from Necromunda to smaller scale stuff like for old school epic). There is another use for them. Stippling. The attached photos above are for some Imperial Knights. All of the red (orange) and white panels have been stippled. Even some of the metallic has been stippled. These have been great brushes for this. I have done 3 of these so far with another 5 of these to go along with 8 armigers and hopefully they give a great finish to the rest of them. If I had to criticise anything I would say the little pot of brush soap is a bit too small. But then again none of the other sets have had brush soap come with them.

perfect for gaming miniatures
bought these after watching some videos on another, more expensive, brand. I have to say they have taken drybrushing to a new level. specifically using the damping pad sponge and in my case a bit of cardboard as a paint palette has meant an end to scratchy drybrushing, I can now get for example a smooth white over a base light grey really easily. watch videos on how to use them though, its not like a normal paintbrush and you need to clean them differently - don't dunk them in water!, use the supplied brush soap, with a drop of water added to that (I dip the handle of the brush in water and use a few drops that way), lather the brush then "drybrush" the result onto kitchen towel until its clean

Flabbergasted by the quality of these brushes
I took a chance on getting these from a mini painting YouTube channelโs recommendation. I have to say, I couldnโt be happier with that decision. These are fantastic dry brush set for the price. The presentation, feel and finish is so remarkably premium, youโd swear youโd be sent The Artist Opus ones in stead. Lovely to use and an excellent finish.

Many different sizes of brushes
I like the box the brushes comes in. For the price, and considering how many brushes there are, makes it worth its price

5 great brushes which are weighted nicely and are of really useful sizes, soap and moistened pad. Highly recommend.
