I ordered two wall vinyls and each took about 5-6 minutes to apply. I started applying this by peeling a small portion from the top of the chain, pressing the top of the chain against my wall. Working my way down slowly, I peeled off the backing while pressing the vinyl against the wall. Then, I begin again with the chain taking off the thicker paper. I slowly worked my way down again, peeling while holding the vinyl and place and running my hands down to ensure it stayed flat and smooth. The bottom is the worst part and requires the most patience since there are so many little pieces. Just peel slowly and press the vinyl against the wall. This takes patience...but again it took nothing but a hot minute and I had no tears, no pieces that stuck together, and it worked beautifully. Would definitely order again. \Paired this with a candle holder/sconce and some battery operated (and remote controlled) LED tea lights. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Takes a while to apply it *by P***E on Reviewed in the United States on August 28, 2016* This is a cute wall decal for a girls bedroom, but it definitely takes a lot of work to put it up.I actually ordered two of these - When I looked at the other review photos I knew that I wanted the chandelier to hang lower than it did for the basic decal, so I ended up ordering two and using the chain off of one of them to extend the decal farther down. These definitely take a lot of time to put on.… One it takes a lot to actually peel the first layer paper off the decal there were numerous times where I had to push the paper back down and keep retrying to peel it, & I had to use my finger nails to hold the sticker portion down so it wouldn't stick to the paper I was trying to remove… It took at least 10 minutes for me to get the paper off of the full chandelier wall sticker. Then comes when you actually stick it on the wall… The decal then wants to stick to the paper instead of the wall. I had the same constant motion of trying to push firmly against the paper as hard as I can to get the black portion stuck on the textured wall, and then I would have to hold the decal against the wall ( with a card- pizza in fact) as I pulled the paper… It took at least 30 minutes for me to get the full Wall sticker on the wall. There are numerous spots that I can see that are not fully stock to the textured bedroom wall. The white paper is sticky, so once you are able to get a piece cleanly on the wall I would try and rip off the white paper as you go so that you don't have to worry about it being in the way and sticking to your hands while you're trying to get the rest of the decal on the wall.This wall decal is really cute, and I love how it looks about my daughters crib… But I would not recommend this and less you plan on keeping it on the wall for a long time. However, I love them! First of all, it was delivered in just three days! Almost like Prime. The complaints regarding them tearing, was not true for me. If you know how to apply the vinyl correctly, you won't have any issues. I honestly applied them both within 30 minutes. These were easier than others I had purchased on eBay. I only wish that the chain length was longer. Overall, I love the look!
