Seriously ..this thermometer is for those of you afraid to cook meat for your friends for dinner You can do it, just buy this thing. Don't hesitate. Just buy it now. I need another for trailer. Second one of these I’ve purchased. Bought this one for my son in law. I gave him my old Traeger. He’s learning to smoke chicken legs and wings first. This thermometer has performed well for me the past few years and I haven’t even needed to change the battery. It’s accurate. I’ve tested the accuracy with my old thermometer. It’s on point.
